As a private Christian school, we require all of our students to go through an application process before entering the school. The purpose of this application process is to be sure that we will be able to meet the child’s needs. Once the school has received an application that is completed in its entirety, the administration reviews the application and the student is called in for an interview. An application can be picked up at the school office or downloaded from the website. All inquiries can be sent by e-mail to academy@ccharrisburg.org.

2. Submit an Application

After visiting campus, families can complete the online application through our admissions portal or download our Student Application Here:

4. Admissions Decision

Following the student visit and application review, families will be notified regarding the admissions decision. If accepted, families will receive an enrollment invitation.

3. Student Screening & Visit

As part of the admissions process, students participate in a brief academic screening and classroom visit. This allows us to better understand the student’s current academic level and ensure we can support them well.

5. Complete Enrollment

To finalize enrollment, families complete registration and submit required documents. This includes:

  • Enrollment agreement

  • Tuition payment plan

  • Student records

  • Health and emergency forms

Once these steps are completed, your child’s place in the class is secured.

Remarkably, each student at Calvary Chapel Christian Academy receives an automatic 20% reduction from the total educational cost. This reflects our core belief in making superior Christian education affordable for all families. To further this mission, we've introduced an innovative program known as the flexible tuition program. This might make us the pioneering Christian school in our region to offer such an initiative.


The tuition for your child is tailored, taking into consideration the unique financial circumstances of each family. Tuition at Calvary Chapel Christian Academy isn't a fixed amount but varies between 40-80% of the actual cost of education, ensuring that an excellent Christian education is within reach. Families are asked to submit a confidential financial profile to an independent third-party service, which then determines the tuition on a case-by-case basis. Securing a top-notch Christian education for your child has never been more attainable.

Making Christian Education Accessible for Every Family

Financial aid helps make education more affordable by providing assistance based on a family's financial situation.

The process usually involves submitting an application to determine eligibility, with aid offered in the form of scholarships, grants, or tuition assistance.

These funds do not need to be repaid and are often awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. We believe that no child should be deprived of a Christ-centered education due to financial limitations, and we are committed to working with families to make it possible.

Families are encouraged to apply early and must typically reapply each year to continue receiving support.

  • Start by submitting an application through our Apply page. Once we receive it along with the $250 enrollment fee, we'll be in touch to schedule a welcome visit and tour of the campus. We love meeting families in person before the year begins.

  • We serve students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Our Kindergarten through 8th-grade program is taught on campus in Mechanicsburg. For high school, we partner with Liberty Online to provide a flexible, accredited diploma program — call us for details specific to your student.

  • Typically we ask for a completed application, the enrollment fee, your child's birth certificate, immunization records, and any previous academic or IEP records. Our office will walk you through the full checklist once you reach out.
